Founded by Boris Mirtchev, a seasoned entrepreneur and global business leader, Struggle to Breakthrough was born from real-world experience—not theory. After building and scaling multiple businesses across industries and continents, and learning invaluable lessons through both wins and setbacks, Boris turned his focus toward empowering others to grow through adversity. In challenging times is where the opportunities lie.

Boris is the Founder and Lead Coach of Struggle to Breakthrough, Inc., a results-driven coaching company that helps entrepreneurs overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve breakthrough success.
With a powerful blend of global experience, business acumen, and personal grit, Boris has spent decades building, scaling, and reinventing businesses across multiple industries. His mission: to turn entrepreneurial struggle into strategy, clarity, and growth.
- Earned a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Saint Mary’s University.
- While in university, Two-term President of the Students' Association and Member of the Board of Governors and Academic Senate.
- Founded 8 award-winning international restaurants, a management consulting firm, and ventures in wind energy, real estate, and import/export.
- Over a decade in global seafood trade; currently runs Ocean Fresh Seafood, exporting to North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Has scaled businesses and had several successful exits in diverse industries.
- A passionate mentor who is always helping entrepreneurs and teaches from real-world experience—not theory!
